Our returns policy, in plain terms.

We don’t accept returns or refunds for products that are simply unwanted or ordered by mistake. Please check the specifications and measurements on each product page, or ask us before you order, if you’re unsure a product is right for you.

If a product arrives faulty or develops a manufacturing defect, we will exchange or repair it under the manufacturer’s warranty. Contact us with your order details and a description of the fault, and we’ll arrange next steps — inspection, repair or exchange, as the warranty terms for that product require.
