There's something special about Rinnai

This is how I decided to go for a Rinnai cooker. Around ten years ago, I was visiting their store with a friend, and another uncle was chatting away with the manager. He was happily saying he had used the Rinnai cooker for twenty years and would rather get it repaired than buy a new one. I thought to myself: these people still have the parts after TWENTY YEARS, and who has heard of ANYTHING lasting that long these days. I was sold.

This was ten years ago and this time it was ME chatting away with the manager while I got my Rinnai gas cooker serviced!
